The advent of digital technology has revolutionized various sectors, including sports monitoring and management. This paper explores the role of digital health solutions in enhancing sports performance and optimizing athlete well-being. Digital health solutions encompass a wide range of tools and platforms that provide real-time data analysis, monitoring, and intervention strategies.
